Booking Conditions
To make a booking, please complete the booking form and send with your deposit for
20% of the full period rental. The reservation will only be confirmed on receipt of the
deposit.
By completing the booking form and returning it with your deposit you warrant that you
are over 18, and have the authority of all persons who will use the property during your
stay. You will also indemnify us against all loss and damage arising directly or
indirectly to the property and its contents from any act or omission by yourself or any
person accompanying you.
The balance of the rent is to be paid in full 31 days before arrival. Failure to ensure that
payment reaches the owner in time may result in cancellation of your holiday. For
bookings made 31 days or less in advance the full amount is payable on booking.
Please call at Red House Farm House for keys and return them by 10 a.m. on the day
of your departure.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking please contact a member of management
immediately.
Cancellations up to 31 days before commencement of your stay:-
• We will retain the deposit unless we are able to re-let the cottage(s) where we will
return the deposit.
• If the full balance has been paid we will return 80% of the full balance and return the
remaining 20% if we are able to re-let the accommodation(s)
Cancellations after 31 days before the commencement of your stay and prior to your
arrival:-
• We will return 70% of the full balance if the full balance has been paid.
• If only the deposit has been paid this will be retained.
Cancellations after 5 days before the commencement of your stay and prior to your
arrival:-
• No money will be returned unless we can re-let the accommodation(s) where we will
return 70% of the full balance.
• If only the deposit has been paid this will be retained.
In the event of a ‘No Show’ or after your arrival no money will be returned.
We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday/Cancellation insurance.
The owner reserves the right, in the case of an emergency to cancel any booking at
any time and return any sums which have been paid in advance and will only be liable
for the full amount of the let.
Please Note:- Smoking, candles or any naked flames are not allowed in any
accommodation or buildings. Pets, including dogs are not permitted in any of the
accommodations (except Guide Dogs) at any time.
